Mr. Takuya Miura, a former master’s student in the Watanabe Laboratory who completed his master’s program in March 2026, received the SSDM Best Student Award (BSA) for his oral presentation at the 2025 International Conference on Solid State Devices and Materials (SSDM2025), held at PACIFICO Yokohama in September 2025.
